Hello, my beautiful readers! I hope you are doing great.
Today, I want to talk to you about a very important topic: Love & respect.
This morning, again, I was scrolling through my Facebook feed. One of my friends shared an article about people from the LGBTQ community in Chechnya being arrested, tortured and deported to a concentration camp for homosexuals. I was so choked. How is it even possible? After all that happened with Hitler and with what is happening right now? Will we learn from our mistakes once?
I am a very sensitive person and seeing all these people but also the earth suffering from our human behavior makes me feel very sad and powerless.
The only thing we can do is to remember that we are all humans. We have all the same rights and the same craving for love. We all deserve to be loved and respected.
I know that I can’t change the world, but I can improve mine and try to do my best every day. I think it is about the small things that we find happiness.
If you cannot do great things, do small things in a great way.
So in order to bring you some positive vibes, I wanted to share with you the Make love not Walls campaign from Diesel. For those who never saw it, it’s a beautiful campaign which stands for love, unity and wants to bring down the walls between people. I think we need this kind of message more than ever.
Below is the video campaign they did, featuring the talented Sergeï Polounine (he also did a music video for Take me to church by Hozier which left me speechless)
And right below you will find the outfit I shoot especially for this article.
